back from easy sleezy, japanesey...japan

I'm back from Japan. All my limbs are accounted for. My short visit at home was nice before coming back to Halfalax. Saw the band Sloan on New Years back in Scary Barrie. They were a lot better than I had expected. Now I'm back in schoodie, really enjoying it for the most part.

And now for some pictures from Le Japon. I took about 400 digital shots and 240 on my film SLR(yet to be developed as far as I know). I've realized what a pain in the ass it is to post pictures on this blog so I'm just gonna put the flickr URL for the Japan pictures.

Just click this, Culo

Smell ya later.

Only 6 days til Japanistan!

Today I am officially done my third term at NSCADizzle Uizzle. It's such a relief to be done even though next term is gonna be a bunkbitch. During my design classes break I got to talk to my Intro Photo prof because she wasn't able to attend our critiques last Thursday. It was nice being able to talk to her about my work. She made me feel really confident about my work and she told me she enjoyed having a really grounded person in her class. Twas nice. I have History of Photography with her next semester, I'm sure I'll love it just as much as Intro Photo. Haaaaaa yeah.

Anyfuckingways this is my invitation to my photo exhibition for my final project. I loves me the Photoshop.

and here are some prints...

Aside from the masking tape, this would be a sweet tattoo.

It's late and I'm tired, I'll smell all y'all later.

I'm gonna tell you something you don't know about me...I smoke rocks

I made this blog so I can post some of my photography, but it will also serve as an outlet for my artistic bunkum. On we go.

It's Wednesday morning and I have my final Intro Photo crit tomorrow. I still have an ass load of printing to do today but I am stressed? Nope. Should I be? Definitly. Today consists of developing 2 rolls of neg's and doing 13ish prints. I was going to use some of my photographs that are similar to this one but they ruin the flow of the series. So fook that.

The series will be more like this.

The NSCAD Ceramics Department Sale is this Thursday and Friday. It's replacing the Hungry Bowls charity event because the department is too busy moving all their crap to Pier 21. There won't be any vegan or gluten-free soup, but I'll get a bunkbitchin' bowl for hooker cheap.
